Meet Rascal

My elf has arrived thanks to my wonderful in-laws who gave him to me as an early Christmas present.  I am so excited to share a new Christmas tradition with my children this year, and blog about the naughty and fun things that he will do each night as we “Count Down the Days Until Christmas“.   Now it’s time to come up with a name for my Elf.

I began searching for ideas and asked my husband to help me come up with a name because the traditional names didn’t seem to fit my Elf’s personality.  Yes, he has a personality already and I just adopted him.  At first you would think that he is a nice, calm elf but really he has a naughty, mysterious, and fun personality once you get to know him.

We decided to name him Rascal.
