August is national breastfeeding awareness week. I started the breastfeeding section on my blog to help raise awareness, help normalize breastfeeding, support and encourages moms, and to help moms realize that they can continue breastfeeding after they return to work. I breastfeed all three of my own children for over a year. I loved the bond and the closeness that I had with each on of my children. I even miss it.

Great infographic. I hope more moms would practice breastfeeding because it is of great benefit to both mother and child.
And breastfeeding also increases your baby’s IQ! I am all for breast feeding, it makes our babies healthier.
