The Super Baby Food book, written by Ruth Yaron, is like no other book when it comes to healthy eating for our kids! The wealth of information included in this book is considered by some the “bible of baby food”. This book holds all the answers when it comes to adopting healthier foods and diet for our children. You can start when they are infants or start making changes now for your toddler.
This book is not a lot of heavy reading, rather, grocery lists, recipes, planning and techniques for feeding your little ones. I love the recommended food staples list. Sometimes the hardest part is having the right ingredients when you need them. Put the easy into preparing your baby’s food.

I love the super easy ways to use fruits and vegetables in their everyday diet. Try a banana dog or make quick and easy banana pancakes. This book is a must have and I am now able to add nutrition to each and every meal. When my kids were babies, they didn’t really care for baby food very much especially the vegetables. I started buying them frozen vegetables and mashing them up. They preferred it and it was so much healthier for them. I always tried to introduce new foods to them when they were little so that they were accustomed to trying new things.
My youngest son didn’t eat much baby food, expect fruits. He always wanted to eat what we were having so I would just mash it up and give it too him. To this day, he is a good eater and will eat things like sweet potatoes and avocados. Most of the time he even grabs fruit to snack on too. I really with that I had this book when he was a baby.
