Feng Shui Nursery Tips for your Babys Room

Feng Shui Nursery Tips for your Babys RoomI would like to thank Diana Smith for sharing today’s post. I have never heard of these techniques until I read through this post. In fact, I never decorated my children’s nursery or bedroom.  I have always left their room painted traditional white or off white. I did add pictures and other decorations around their room but I never thought to make sure that their room produced a calm feeling. If I had the chance to do it all over again, I would definitely use these tips and suggestions to make sure that my baby felt clam and relaxed in their own space.

Decorating your home by fallowing Feng Shui rules can do a lot for your baby. This 3000 year old style of interior design was developed in China to ensure that good energy fills the house. Feng shui literally means “wind and water” in Chinese language and in order for the energy to flow freely their practitioners believe that the home space must be arranged in a certain way. I probably didn’t decorate my kids rooms to their full potential either. I do have curtains in the baby’s room because its hot in the summer. He gets the west sun. I never heard of Feng Shui until I shared Diana’s suggestions.
