    Yes, I take krav maga and we learn some muay thai as part of our curriculum.

    I’m sure it might depend on where you travel too and if you are eating a lot of the cuisine on the road…you could go both ways, gain weight or loose weight.

    I agree traveling can help you loose weight as long as you are eating healthy too. I love the follow up activity. I have never done that before but I think I will start making that a tradition.
