Are your kids picky eaters? Do you have trouble getting your kids to eat their vegetables? Soups are a great way to help picky eaters to eat vegetables. Soups are usually healthy and are easy to make when you need a quick meal. I wanted to share my favorite soup recipe that I learned how to make at a fairly young age.
Ingredients Needed:
- 1 lb Hamburger Meat
- 2lbs of Frozen Mixed Veggies ( you can use canned if you are in a hurry)
- 1 small bag of okra (optional)
- 2 cans of diced tomatoes
- 4 small cans of tomato sauce
- parsley flakes
- garlic salt
- elbow macaroni (optional)
