Fight Knee Pain Naturally With a Self Heating Knee Brace from Simple Health

Simple Health Self-Heating knee brace Review

I have always suffered with knee problems since I was in high school soccer. I used to wear a knee brace to help support the muscles and ligaments in the knee. I went to the doctor and trainer to try to determine what was wrong with my knee but they never could pinpoint any problems. After the evaluation, the trainer allowed me to continue wearing my knee brace and coming into the office if I had any additional concerns. Now fast forward twenty years, I still have aching in my knees especially if I have done a ton of walking or standing up for long periods of time. The knee pain now is a dull ache or burning feeling.

Disclosure: I received a Simple Health Self-Heating knee brace in order to facilitate this review. All opinions are 100% my own. This post may contain affiliate links.

I don’t have any long term problems other than Fibromyalgia causing me to have pain in my knees along with the other 18 trigger points on throughout my body, in addition to my chronic low back pain. I often have unexplained wide spread pain and fatigue. When I found a warming knee brace online, I knew immediately that I needed to try it out. After all the pain in my joints is often worse when it is cold outside or it is about to rain.

When I received the Self-Heating Knee Support, I immediately put it on to see how well it worked on my knee pain. This knee brace contains tourmaline and magnets. According to Simple Health Global, the tourmaline has many health benefits but it is also capable of generating its own heat. I had the knee brace on for about 30 minutes and started noticing the effects. My knee was getting warm and my aches were a little better. It did itch a little bit but I was wearing the brace directly on my skin. I recommend wearing it over your clothes or put a sock between you and the brace if it bothers you.

The magnets provide therapy to help with enhancing blood circulation, which, when combined with the heat and support of the product, helps to heal the knee after workouts and aid in relieving knee pain. I am all for trying to help reduce the pain in my knees naturally without adding additional medications during the day time.

The knee brace can be used during all types of sporting activities and can be used to treat the following conditions:

  • Arthritis
  • Runner’s knee
  • ACL or MCL injury
  • Arthritis & Tendinitis
  • Meniscus or Tendon Tears
  • And more!

My Final Thoughts

This is a great knee brace if you are looking for something to help reduce the amount of medication that you need for knee pain. I have fibromyalgia and it makes my knees ache from time to time for no real apparent reason. I put this brace on my knee and it quickly heated my knee. It almost felt as if I had a heating pad on my knee. It was a bit scratchy when I wore it directly on my knee. I plan on using it over my clothes or using a soft sock underneath the next time I wear it.

My husband has a bad knee. I think something like this would really help him.

For those who use a heating pad regularly, this looks like a great product. I always appreciate non-medication remedies.

This is definitely something I could consider. If I walk a lot or hike, my knee starts to ache and bother me. I may need to start using something of this sort.
